UK Shipping:
All UK shipments are sent 1st class signed for. Due to the variety of products we sell our shipping prices vary. This depends the products and quantity ordered, see prices below:
UK 1st class signed for large letter £3.50
UK 1st class signed for small parcel £4.99
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
Free shipping on orders over £50
International shipping:
International tracked shipping £12.99
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
Free tracked shipping on orders over £70
Please note: Now the UK has left the EU all orders from within the EU are subject to pay VAT on their order. We do not collect VAT upon payment so it may be collected upon delivery of your goods. The courier may reach out to you to make relevant VAT/customs payment once package has arrived in the country. We do not cover the cost of custom fees.

How can I track my order?
UK orders:
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st class signed for. We are unable to fully track parcels, however if you order does not arrive within the 5 working days please contact us. All signed for parcels are given a parcel number we can use to contact royal mail.
International orders:
All international orders are tracked. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation/tracking number, where can I find it?
Please send an email to info@pieceofpaige.com with your full name, email and order number and we will get back to you ASAP.
My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?
Once we have shipped your order, we are not responsible for packages that are lost in the post or damaged during shipping. This issue will need to be raised with the courier.
If you have entered the wrong address at checkout please contact us immediately for us to correct before parcel leaves our office.
Do you ship to my country?

When do you send orders?
We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1-3 days of your order being placed. We ship Monday – Friday, except for UK bank holidays.
